• SUPERVISION - Supervise project from the current status till the end.
• EFFICIENCY - Ensuring that the project is completed within planned time and budget.
• PLANNING AND COORDINATING - of the construction process.
• NEGOTIATION - of contracts with subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
• PROGRESS REPORT - to the Project Management Office Manager compiled weekly.
• MONITORING - of site agents, safety officers and supervisors to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.
• RISK MANAGEMENT - reporting to Management, COID and other relevant Department of Labour officials.
